This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information you choose to enter. We do not collect, receive, or process your data on our servers. All data remains on your device unless you choose to export it.
The App allows you to enter information about your bikes (for example: model, components, maintenance history, notes, photos if supported). This information is stored only on your device. It is not automatically transmitted to us or to any third party.
You may export your data to a JSON file for backup or to move it to another device. You may also import a previously exported JSON file to restore your data. These actions are initiated solely by you from within the App.
The exported JSON is stored wherever you choose (e.g., your device storage or a cloud drive you select). We do not have access to these files.
Because your data and any exported files are stored locally or in locations you choose, please keep your device and backups secure. Consider using device-level encryption, strong passcodes, and secure storage locations to prevent unauthorized access.
You can delete your data at any time within the App (for example, via a “Reset” or “Delete All Data” option). Deleting is permanent on the device. If you previously exported a backup, that backup will remain wherever you saved it until you delete it.
Depending on your region, privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) may grant rights over your personal data. Since the App does not transmit your data to us, you exercise those rights directly through the App’s controls (e.g., export, delete). Moto Shed is the name of this independent app developed and published by Todd Clement. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Bike Shed Moto or any third party using the same or a similar name. Any references to "Moto" Shed” in this policy or in the App are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply any connection or relationship.

By downloading, installing, or using the Moto Shed app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind—even implicit ones—such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or reliability. You assume all risk by using the App.
Under no circumstances will the developer—including Todd Clement—or anyone involved in creating or distributing the App be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages suffered by you or any third party, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or other intangible loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
There is no obligation to provide support, maintenance, updates, or further development of the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
